How I Got Here

I've spent years watching people chase extremes: punishing workouts, rigid diets, quick fixes. Most of it burns out. None of it addresses what really matters — stress, habits, identity, and self-talk. FITNUT Collective is my answer to that.

My journey wasn't linear. It started in the early mornings of collegiate training and was refined through years of working with some of the most demanding physical and mental athletes out there. I learned that performance isn't just about what you do in the gym — it's about the systems you build outside of it.
